Funding is available through merSETA to support qualifying applicants through the Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) process. This opportunity allows experienced artisans to obtain formal certification in high-demand trades.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be 19 years or older
Must have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in the trade they are applying for
Must be currently unemployed
Documents Required
Applicants must submit the following documents:
Updated CV
Service letter(s) confirming relevant trade experience (South African work experience only)
Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
Certified copy of highest qualification (not older than 3 months)
