2026 Registration – Coetzenburg Centre One-Stop Hub

Stellenbosch University wishes to inform students that, due to infrastructure developments at Admin A, all assisted registration services on the Stellenbosch campus will take place at the Coetzenburg Centre.

Assisted Registration Period

12 January – 20 February 2026

During this period, students who require assistance will be able to access registration and student services at one central venue.

Important Information

Students are advised to check their faculty’s allocated registration dates and time slots before attending assisted registration.
Faculty registration schedules are available on the university website.

Shuttle Service

A shuttle service will operate for staff and students between:

• Parking bays at the Conservatoire of Music (Neethling Street), and

• The Coetzenburg Centre.

Students are encouraged to plan their visits accordingly and attend only during their allocated time slots to ensure a smooth registration process.
