South West Gauteng TVET College 2026 Graduation Registration Notice

South West Gauteng TVET College has opened its Graduation Registration process for the September 2026 ceremonies. All eligible graduates must complete registration to be included in the official graduation list.


Who Must Register

  • NC(V) and Report 191 graduates — Class of 2025
  • Class of 2024 students who were due to graduate in 2025, only if they have now received their Diploma or NC(V) Level 4 certificate from DHET

What You Need to Do

  • Download the Graduation Registration Form from: www.swgc.co.za
  • Update your personal details (address, phone number, email)
  • Confirm your qualification (Diploma or NC(V) L4)
  • Sign and date the declaration

Where to Submit
Submit the completed form to your Campus Examination Office at any SWGC campus, including:

  • Dobsonville
  • George Tabor
  • Molapo
  • Roodepoort
    and other official campuses

Deadline
31 July 2026
No late submissions will be accepted. This deadline is final and is required for graduation logistics such as gown allocation, seating arrangements, and certificate printing.


Important Notice
Only students who complete registration and update their details will receive official graduation invitations.
