Boiler Maker ARPL Opportunity at Majuba TVET College
Majuba TVET College, in partnership with LGSETA, invites applications from unemployed South Africans with experience in Boiler Making to apply for the Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) opportunity for 15 Boiler Maker posts in 2026.
This programme provides candidates with the opportunity to obtain an Occupational Certificate: Boiler Maker through a trade test and certification as an artisan by QCTO.
Minimum Requirements
Must have passed Grade 9 / NQF Level 3
Must be a South African citizen
Must have at least three (3) years of workplace experience in the Boiler Making trade, with exposure that allows the candidate to attempt a trade test

Detailed letter from previous employers outlining duties related to the Boiler Making trade

Successful applicants will first undergo an ARPL assessment before being contracted with LGSETA
