Semester 2 Applications for 2026 Open at Ehlanzeni TVET CollegeEhlanzeni TVET College has officially opened applications for Semester 2 of the 2026 academic year, giving prospective students the opportunity to apply for selected NATED (Report 191) programmes before the closing date.

Applications close on 31 May 2026, leaving applicants with limited time to complete the process.

Programmes Available for Semester 2

The following programmes are listed for the Semester 2 intake:

  • Business Management
  • Farming Management and Mechanisation
  • Financial Management
  • Hospitality
  • Management Assistant
  • Tourism

These programmes form part of the NATED / Report 191 stream and operate on a semester system. Students completing the N6 qualification are generally required to complete 18 months of workplace experience to obtain their National Diploma.

Ehlanzeni TVET College serves students across the Ehlanzeni district through several campuses, including:

  • Nelspruit Campus

  • KaNyamazane Campus
  • Mthimba Campus
  • Mapulaneng Campus
  • Mlumati Campus

Semester 2 classes are expected to begin around July 2026, making this the mid-year intake period.

NSFAS Information

Students intending to apply for financial assistance should note that NSFAS applications for Semester 2 TVET students usually open separately after college applications. Applicants are advised to first secure admission with the college and later apply for funding once the NSFAS application window opens.

How to Apply

The application process is completed online and consists of three main steps:

Step 1: Complete Career Guidance and Placement Screening

Applicants must complete the compulsory pre-entry screening process and keep their login details safe.

Step 2: Complete the Assessment

Answer all required questions in the Pre-Entry Information section carefully and complete all assessments.

Step 3: Submit Your Online Application

Applicants will need to upload PDF copies of:

  • South African ID document (or guardian ID if under 18)
  • Proof of residence
  • Latest academic results

Applications can be completed using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
