4. Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Visit the UFH online application portal: www.ufh.ac.za

2. Register an account and complete your personal and academic information.

3. Upload required documents in the specified formats.

4. Choose up to two programme options.

5. Pay the application fee using EFT or the provided bank details, and upload proof of payment.

6. Submit your application and download the confirmation page.

5. After You Apply

• You will receive a student/reference number via email.

• Use this number to log in to the student portal and check your application status.

• You will be notified via email or SMS regarding outstanding documents, interview requests (if applicable), and admission decisions.

6. Admission Requirements (General)

• A National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent with a bachelor’s pass.

• Minimum achievement level 4 (50–59%) in four designated subjects.

• English Home Language or First Additional Language is required.

• Programme-specific requirements may apply for faculties like:
