2025 Engineering Trimester 3 Applications Now Open – College of Cape Town

The College of Cape Town is now accepting Trimester 3 applications for Engineering Studies. If you're looking to start or continue your Engineering qualification, this is your opportunity. Applications close on 15 August 2025, and classes begin in September 2025.

Available Courses (N4–N6 Only)

Each level (trimester) runs for 12 weeks.

1. Building and Civil Engineering (N4–N6)

• Campus: Thornton Campus (Corner of Cedar and Poplar Road)

• Entry Requirements: N3 or Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science

2. Electrical Engineering (N4–N6)

• Campus: Pinelands Campus (Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands)

• Entry Requirements: N3 or Grade 12 with Mathematics above 50%

3. Mechanical Engineering (N4–N6)

• Campus: Thornton Campus

• Entry Requirements: N3 or Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science

Important Note: N1–N3 courses are no longer offered for any engineering programmes.
