The Schauenburg Education Trust is now accepting applications for its 2026 Bursary Programme. This bursary is designed to support talented South African students who are pursuing careers in key engineering fields, with a focus on Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Fields of Study

The bursary is open to students pursuing the following qualifications:

• BSc or BEng in Electrical Engineering

• BSc or BEng in Electronic Engineering

• Other related fields may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What the Bursary Covers

The Schauenburg Education Trust Bursary provides either partial or full financial support, covering:

• Registration fees

• Tuition and examination fees

• Prescribed textbooks and course materials

• Accommodation costs

• Living allowance
