For candidates who matriculated in 2007 or before: To be considered for this program, a candidate must score at least 28 points on the CUT scoring scale and have a level 4 (50%) in English. Every applicant must take a scholastic aptitude test
and attend an interview. Because of the high demand for spots in this program, candidates with a score below 24 points on the CUT scoring scale will not be considered. For candidates who completed the NSC in 2008 and after that: To be
