Tshwane South
Tshwane South TVET College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution located in the City of Tshwane, Gauteng. The college delivers occupational programmes, NC(V) qualifications, Report 191 (NATED) courses and short skills programmes aimed at preparing learners for employment, entrepreneurship and further learning, with multiple campuses serving communities across the metropolitan area.
History
Tshwane South TVET College evolved from a number of former technical and vocational training centres in the Tshwane region that were consolidated under the Department of Higher Education and Training's TVET college system. Over time the college expanded its programme offering and campus footprint to increase access to vocational education and training in urban and peri-urban communities of the City of Tshwane. The college operates as a public TVET institution regulated by national TVET policy and quality assurance frameworks.
