Tshwane North
Tshwane North TVET College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution based in the City of Tshwane, Gauteng. The college offers occupational programmes, National Certificate (Vocational) (NC(V)) courses, and Report 191 (Nated) programmes across multiple campuses, focusing on skills development, technical training and vocational education to support local economic development and employment.
History
Tshwane North TVET College was established through the post-apartheid consolidation and reorganisation of further education and training institutions to create a comprehensive TVET college serving the northern Tshwane metropolitan area. Over time the college expanded to multiple campuses to increase access to vocational education and training for school-leavers and adult learners in surrounding communities. The institution has adapted to national TVET reforms and continually updated its programme offerings to align with industry needs and the Department of Higher Education and Training policies.
