The college offers a wide range of occupational, vocational and further education and training (FET) programmes aimed at preparing learners for the workplace and further study.
History
Northlink TVET College was established as part of the post‑1994 transformation of South Africa's further education and training sector to provide accessible vocational and occupational education in the northern metropolitan region of Cape Town. It consolidated various campus sites serving surrounding communities to deliver NATED/NATED and NC(V) programmes, artisan training and short skills programmes. Over time the college has expanded its programme offerings and support services to meet regional skills and labour market needs.
To provide responsive, quality vocational and occupational education and training that enables access, empowers students with practical skills and knowledge, and supports socio‑economic development in the communities we serve.
To be a leading TVET college that produces skilled, employable and entrepreneurial graduates who contribute to local and national development.
