Northern Cape Urban
Northern Cape Urban TVET College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training institution located in the Northern Cape province of South Africa. The college delivers occupational and vocationally oriented programmes including NC(V) qualifications, vocational diplomas, short skills programmes and workplace-based learning aimed at improving employability and supporting local economic development in urban centres of the province.
History
Established to respond to the skills needs of Northern Cape urban communities, the college has developed programmes and partnerships to provide vocational education, artisan development and short skills training. It operates within the regulatory framework of the Department of Higher Education and Training and works with industry and local government to align training with regional labour-market demands.
