Elangeni College
Elangeni TVET College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training institution based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The college provides occupational qualifications, NC(V) programmes, workplace skills training, and short programmes aimed at preparing learners for employment, entrepreneurship and further study in technical, business, and service sectors.
History
Elangeni TVET College was established in the post-apartheid restructuring of further education and training in South Africa to provide accessible vocational education across KwaZulu-Natal. The college grew through the integration of a number of local FET campuses to deliver a broad portfolio of NC(V), Report 191, occupational and skills programmes responsive to regional labour-market needs. Over time the institution has expanded its course offerings and community engagement, building partnerships with local industry and employers.
To provide accessible, relevant and quality technical and vocational education and training that equips learners with the knowledge, skills and values required for employment, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning.
