Sedibeng TVET College has officially extended online applications for Engineering programmes. This is your opportunity to secure a place for the 2026 academic year.

NCV Engineering Programmes

(Vereeniging, Sebokeng & Heidelberg Campuses)

• Civil Engineering & Building Construction

• Electrical Infrastructure Construction

• Engineering & Related Design

• Information Technology (Computer Science – Software Design & Development)

• Mechatronics

• Information Technology (Computer Science – Programming & Robotics)

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 9 pass with 50% Mathematics & 50% English, or

• PLP pass with 60% Mathematics & 60% Science, or

• AET Level 4 (120 credits)

NATED Engineering Programmes

(Vereeniging & Sebokeng Campuses)

• Civil Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Requirements:

• Pass N3 / NC(V) Level 4 Engineering, or

• Grade 12 with 30% Mathematics & 30% Physical Science

Occupational Engineering Programmes

(Vereeniging, Sebokeng & Heidelberg Campuses)

• Electrician

• Fitter and Turner

• Automotive Motor Mechanic

• Boilermaker

• Welder

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 9 with 30% Mathematics & 30% Science

• Must be 16 years and older

• Must not have been previously funded by NSFAS

Required Documents

• Certified latest school results

• Certified South African ID

• Certified parent/guardian ID

• Certified proof of residence

• Certification must be from SAPS or Government Commissioner of Oaths

• Certification not older than 6 months

• Internet café certifications will not be accepted
