Key Responsibilities:
The appointed postdoctoral fellow will:

  • Lead community-based participatory action research

  • Coordinate sustainable climate-smart agricultural practices

  • Collaborate with indigenous local knowledge holders

  • Contribute to peer-reviewed academic publications and science communication

  • Engage in stakeholder consultation and capacity-building initiatives

Essential Skills:
