Thuthuka Bursary 2026 – Chartered Accountant Students Only

This application is for funding consideration only and does not guarantee any bursary award. Successful applicants will be required to sign a contract with both the Thuthuka Education and Upliftment Fund (TEUF) and the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).

The Thuthuka Bursary is only available to students aspiring to become Chartered Accountants. It cannot be used to pay off existing loans or debts.

How Applicants Are Assessed

• Academic performance

• National Benchmark Test (NBT) results

• Financial need as determined by the NSFAS financial means test

  • The consent form is not signed

  • All required documents are not uploaded

• All fields marked in red are compulsory.

• The application is only submitted once you press “SUBMIT”.

• Parent(s)’ or Guardian(s)’ ID

• Parent(s)’ or Guardian(s)’ salary slip

• Copies of IDs of persons dependent on family income

• Final Grade 11 results

• Final Grade 12 results (if completed)

• Full university transcript (if already at university)

• University provisional acceptance letter (if still in high school)
